The first step in the process of building your home or business is to create a map for a building permit. The map must show the location of the building in relation to the property lines. Once the building permit is issued, we will stake the location of building on your property according to the plans provided to us. Once the foundation is built, we will provide the County Zoning Department with a map showing the location of the foundation on your property in relation to the property lines.

I need a map to apply for a building permit. The map must show the location I intend to put my new home. Once the foundation is built, I need to supply the County Zoning Department with a map showing the location of the foundation on my property.
